Hello, my name is Tara and I am the owner of CBE Rhein-Neckar. Due to my personal and professional experiences, I now support job seekers, mainly migrants, in finding work in Germany.

I started my blog in order to share more about my experiences and tips to help job seekers!

What experiences do I mean?

I grew up in Heidelberg until I was 9 years old, then emigrated to Vancouver, Canada with my family where I found my second home full of beautiful nature, finished High School and my B.A. in Psychology and gathered my first years of professional experiences. However, this was just in time for the aftermath of the economic crisis in 2008 that affected Canada greatly. Despite the hopelessness and endless challenges of finding a good job in my field, I have always found a way into the work force. In November 2016 I packed my bags and came back to Heidelberg, whereby I was also able to experience and overcome numerous challenges in Germany.

Even after intensive decoding and countless applications, you keep getting rejections and your doubts keep increasing. That's why I'll be sharing my experiences, tips and methods so that my clients and readers have less worries and more success when looking for work in Germany.
